Structure:

1.Belt reinforcement consists of galvanized steel cord and core rubber which possesses

superior adhesive property.

2.Belt body comprises the reinforcement covered with top and bottom rubber layers. Steel

cord is composed of left and right twisting wire and arranged evenly and longitudinally in

the belt.

Feature:

1. Each strand of steel cord has enough room for the core rubber to penetrate. This

strengthens greatly the bonding strength between rubber and steel cord.

2. Since the anti-corrosive resistance to steel cord id good, the mutual shearing force and

twisting strength of strand wire can be relaxed.

3. Dynamic fatigue resistance is excellent, the service life of belt can be prolonged.
